Drivers submitting ban appeals can attach screenshots as evidence. Files are stored under /appeals/{steamId}/ and verified against the player database.

API key authentication required for all writes. Per-IP rate limiting: 100 GET / 10 POST requests per minute. Input validated end-to-end.
